The Upper Room shares open hours with The Second Story on the 3rd floor of the building. Each week day has a theme with stations to guide your prayer time, or you can simply be in the space and pray as you feel led.

We operate in the weekly rhythm of:
Adore (Mondays) – Hear God's voice through Scripture.
Ask (Tuesdays) – Bring your requests.
Advocate (Wednesdays) – Stand in the gap for others.
Abide (Thursdays) – Rest in God's presence and listen.
Attune (Fridays) – Reflect, discern, and prepare to live what you've received.
